Where We Ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Standard shipping is free on every order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Please note: delivery ranges are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate in the carrier's system — if yours hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us. You can also follow your order any time on our Track Your Order page.
Need to Change Your Shipping Address?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@tryrestova.com. Once your order enters processing we may not be able to make changes, so please double-check your address at checkout.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, report it to us within 10 days of the delivery date and we'll open a trace with the carrier and make it right. Claims made after this window are difficult for us to pursue with the carrier.
Shipping Delays
99% of orders arrive on time. In rare cases, customs checks, holiday slowdowns, or bad weather can add time. If your order is running late, reach out — we'll do everything we can to help.
